The following conditions apply in addition to the “General Terms of Delivery for Products and Services in the Electrical Industry” (green sheet) - even if we do not expressly point this out in individual cases. The conditions are deemed to be recognized at the latest when our services are accepted. Deviations from these terms and conditions require our written confirmation. General terms and conditions of our customers are not binding even if we do not contradict them again. If the customer is not familiar with the “General Terms of Delivery for Products and Services in the Electrical Industry”, we will make them available on request.
2. Additional Terms
Our offers are non-binding.
The prices quoted are in EURO for delivery from the Schönaich branch. Packaging and transport costs as well as the applicable statutory value added tax will be invoiced additionally.
Quick package fees, express costs and special packaging will be billed according to expenditure.
Price changes are reserved.
Shipping is at the risk and responsibility of the recipient.
Transport insurance will be taken out by us on request and at a charge.
All details and information about the suitability, condition and application of our goods do not release the customer from carrying out their own tests. The customer is responsible for observing legal, official and other regulations when using our goods.
Upon receipt, the goods must be checked for quantity and correctness, and faulty deliveries must be reported to us immediately. The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Terms of payment and default of payment:
For orders that are placed through our shop, we generally ask for PREPAYMENT.
Invoices for the delivery of goods for companies known to us are payable as follows:
14 days after the invoice date minus a 2% discount.
30 days after the invoice date, strictly net
In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest. Payments are initially based on costs, then on interest and subsequently on the oldest main claims.
The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
Different payment modalities and different conditions require a written agreement.
